In the eastern region of Newfoundland and Labrador, depending on the urgency, size of your order, and location, orders typically take between one and three days for processing, packaging, and delivery. 

Labrador, western, and central orders may take a little longer. Depending on urgency, orders are sent via courier or air cargo. Less urgent orders are shipped regular, expedited, or priority through Canada Post.

Headway can ship via PAL Cargo. We can ship with other airlines as well, if needed.

Unfortunately, at this time, Headway cannot accept returned products.

Headway will supply as many IPAC kits as requested by the HSA or PCH - there is no minimum order.
