Private orders do not need to be approved.
If you are a home support agency or personal care home as part of Newfoundland and Labrador’s health authority network, your order will need to be approved by your regional health authority representative.
In the eastern region of Newfoundland and Labrador, depending on the urgency, size of your order, and location, orders typically take between one and three days for processing, packaging, and delivery.
Labrador, western, and central orders may take a little longer. Depending on urgency, orders are sent via courier or air cargo. Less urgent orders are shipped regular, expedited, or priority through Canada Post.
Headway can ship via PAL Cargo. We can ship with other airlines as well, if needed.
Private customers may order minimum quantities of multiple or single items.

If you are receiving PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) through your Newfoundland and Labrador health authority; orders must be requested through your health authority representative.
Yes, you can put certain items on hold if you have an abundance of one specific item. Reach out to orders@headwaynl.com to discuss your regular orders.
If you are part of Newfoundland and Labrador’s health authority network, you will have to discuss your needs with your health authority representative. Private customers may place holds through our customer service line at 1-855-878-9773 or email orders@headwaynl.com.
